Ingredients: Foie gras  Plain flour Pink salt Black pepper Toasted bread Apple  Butter Brown sugar Brandy (optional) Balsamic vinegar (optional)   Preparations: Sauce: Add butter into a sauté pan, once the butter starts to foam toss in the apples and brown sugar.
