Serving Suggestion:

1. Defrost product.

2. Sauté or sear lobster meat in a pan over medium heat with two tablespoons of butter/wine for 1.5 mins on both sides.

3. You may also sous vide or gently warm over medium heat for approximately 8 minutes, stirring occasionally and serve as desired.
