Ingredients: Duck legs, duck fat, salt
1. Defrost product.
2. Preheat oven to 180° - 190° (depending on your oven settings).
3. Bake with skin side up for 10 mins.
4. Serve with sides of your choice as required.
Alternatively, you can also air-fry the thawed duck confit at 200° for 15 mins until the skin is cripsy.
You may use the remaining duck fats to roast your potatoes and vegetables for a more robust flavor!
